What a wonderful week. Well done to Philip and his team of coaches and backroom staff including Brian Cummins, our chairman. A lot of preparation went into this event, and it had an excellent outcome for all, judging by the enjoyment that was evident. Feedback included “Just wanted to express some appreciation to all the coaching staff for the summer camp this week. My child had an absolute blast & came home everyday saying how much fun she had despite the odd day of bad weather. Thanks again to everyone involved” – a lovely expression of appreciation.

On behalf of our CCFC Coaching Team: Thank you to every player who turned up this week and made the camp so enjoyable. A special mention to those who braved the elements on the final day which more resembled a scene from Noah’s Ark but it did not discourage our heroic participants who follow the mantra “the show must go on”. We know everyone went home cold and wet, but obviously they were happy nevertheless.
